GPS and Cell ID Location based services work up to a point, but in a compromised situation you really need to know where the person(s) are located. At the same time as an alert of triggered Opality opens a voice capture channel to which the event can be recorded or the person can describe their exact position and situation. Control centre monitoring and those identified as able to assist are notified of the alert and can invoke rescue and assist procedures where relevant. Recordings are accessible to those around to understand and assist if safe so to do and relevant to their training.

Alarms cam be set as ‘Amber’ and ‘Red’. Amber alarms are set on a timer and will automatically trigger a RED alert if no response to extend or cancel is received.

Opality Sentinel facilitates the capture of images and video that can be attached to events for additional evidence to an alert or issue that requires attention.
