Email Continuity
- We permission your domain on Opality’s hosted Exchange Platform, and create your Opality failover mailboxes.
- Public Email DNS records (MX Records) are changed to point to a secondary route for your email to Opality.
- When your server goes down, email automatically queues on Opality servers. When the decision is made to activate the service, these queues will be flushed and all email will be delivered to your Opality mailboxes. No email is lost
- Hosting is in secure, access-controlled data-centers across London using clustered, fully redundant Exchange servers, with additional content and spam filtering services.

Email Continuity Pricing
Opality is sold through a network of reselling partners, so prices vary. Email continuity prices have a suggested retail price of £3.80 per mailbox per month plus a nominal one time setup fee per domain. There are no extra charges in the event of an incident and invoking the service.
