- A UK based hosted service designed to complement on site messaging servers managed by customers or partners.
- Opality permissions your customer’s domain on Opality’s hosted Exchange Platform and failover mailboxes are created
- Public Email DNS records (MX Records) are changed to point to Opality as a secondary route
- Opality is hosted in secure, access-controlled data centres across London,
- In the event of a failure of customer’s mail server, no incoming email is lost
- End users only have access to new email
- Opality Email is merged to the normal corporate mail files once those are available
