- A policy is created for on your client’s Exchange server that creates Envelope Journals
- A copy of all incoming and outgoing user emails is created in the Journal.
- The Journal is regularly transmitted and archived to our secure data centres.
- Journal entries may be purged, but the Vault archive is not affected
- The Vault archive may be viewed and searched via a secure browser
